Veiga da Princesa is a fresh Albari_o, with a good balance between alcoholic strength, acidity and a large volume in the mouth with the marked notes of stone fruits typical of the great Albari_os. Pairs well with seafood, white fish and appetizers.

100% Torrontes, another, lesser known white Argentinian varietal. Pale yellow with steely tones; fragrant aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits that arouses the Torrontes varietal expression. Its balanced acidity is ideal to maintain freshness and floral character alive, making it very fresh and harmonious.

Hints of dehydrated fruits (apricot) tamarind, a light vanilla note, raw sugar and aged tobacco. There is a persistent aftertaste. Sicily. Zibibbo and Grillo varietals. 14.5% ABV. Orange wines are produced with white wine grapes but vinified as though they were red wines. This method results inÕ_skin-contact white wines, asÕ_theÕ_grapes are fermented in contact with their skins and yeast for anywhere from a few days to a few months. This allows the wine to develop tannins, polyphenol, aromatic substances and proteins that render the final wine completely different from both white and red wines from a visual, olfactory, and even textural point of view.Õ_

This is a small and interesting production from Canelli, which has winemaker tradition dating back to the Roman Empire. It is a soft moscato with orange blossom, pear, golden apple, pineapple, and...sage! This Moscato is enjoyable, not just with dessert, but also with "salumi!" 100% Moscato. 5.5% ABV

To the eye, a nice level of froth is apparent, a good tone of yellow with delicate notes of green is noticeable. Brilliant and lively in the glass.To the nose, the impact is elegant, delicate, fragrant, clear notes of orange, apricot, peach and rose are perceived. The flavor has an excellent introduction highlighted by the carefully balanced perlage which incorporates the sensations of sweetness, acidity and salinity. A blend of 7% Pinot Noir and 93% Chardonnay with 8 grams per liter dosage, a bit higher than the regular cuvee aged for 6 years on the lees.Õ_ This Champagne has a pretty nose of wild strawberry fruit fresh floral notes and some nice chalky mineral seashell like character to the bouquet with a bit of peppery spice on the nose.Õ_ A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with a nice amount of light red berry fruit here on the finish, chalky seashell like mineral notes here lingering through the finish.
