This wine has yellow color with golden glints. On the nose, it is very intense. It reveals scents of plum and white flowers, with a slight hint of lemon. On the palate this Chardonnay is rich, smooth and elegant with an amazing finesse and an impressive length. It pairs perfectly with seashells and fishes.

Veiga Da Princesa is a white wine made entirely from Albari_o grapes in our farm of 18 hectares in the Tea County within the apellation of Origin Rias Baixas. Driving the trellis vines allows that the grapes are fully ventilated and sunny. The ideal characteristics of granitic terrain avoided much of the pesticide treatments and provide low acidity musts naturally. Thanks to this we eliminate the malolactic fermentation of wine and delicate varietal aroma and fresh flavor characteristic is respected.

This Monterey Chardonnay is crafted by sourcing from vineyard lots that enjoy well-drained granite soils and mild, cool temperatures throughout the year. The result is a Chardonnay that showcases the crisp acidity and intense tropical fruit that are hallmarks of the region. Delicate aromas of pineapple and apple are reflected on the palate, while nuances of sweet oak create a well-balanced, Chardonnay.

Deep red flecked with purple, typical of the varietal, sharing the same color on the rim. Initially impinging, the aromas opens up with oxygenation yet remaining austere and well-balanced. The palate full and rounded, with good tannin structure reminds us that are talking about an autochthonous wine from Friuli, very much appreciated for its firmness. This is a small and interesting production from Canelli, which has winemaker tradition dating back to the Roman Empire. It is a soft moscato with orange blossom, pear, golden apple, pineapple, and...sage! This Moscato is enjoyable, not just with dessert, but also with "salumi!" 100% Moscato. 5.5% ABV

To the eye, a nice level of froth is apparent, a good tone of yellow with delicate notes of green is noticeable. Brilliant and lively in the glass.To the nose, the impact is elegant, delicate, fragrant, clear notes of orange, apricot, peach and rose are perceived. The flavor has an excellent introduction highlighted by the carefully balanced perlage which incorporates the sensations of sweetness, acidity and salinity. Lhuillier Brut is a Sparkling - Complex and Traditional style of Champagne produced by Champagne Lhuillier in the Champagne region of France. 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Average age 10 to 40 years. This bold Champagne brings the strong fruitiness of Pinot Noir to the fore but has a fine liveliness from the addition of 20% Chardonnay. Velvety bubbles burst with scents of brandied fruit and buttery pastries, washing the palate with generous fruit flavors. A vivacious effervescence elevates the sublime flavors. A blend of 7% Pinot Noir and 93% Chardonnay with 8 grams per liter dosage, a bit higher than the regular cuvee aged for 6 years on the lees.Ê This Champagne has a pretty nose of wild strawberry fruit fresh floral notes and some nice chalky mineral seashell like character to the bouquet with a bit of peppery spice on the nose.Ê A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with a nice amount of light red berry fruit here on the finish, chalky seashell like mineral notes here lingering through the finish.
